My work endeavours to bridge the gap between the visible and the invisible. I am fascinated with representing phenomena on Earth and beyond that can be detected, yet cannot be seen by the human eye. I have built machines which have allowed these invisible forces of nature, such as magnetism and sound, to create the work organically. In response to this, I have created a series of etchings to demonstrate my imagined understanding of what these forces would truly look like if their intricacies were revealed.
